It’s easy…………………………………

…….The reality is that you can lose weight in 1 week…yes, that’s right my friend, a week….

……………however,  this will not be sustainable or realistic & will not give you any patterns or habits to adopt into your lifestyle…

I’m all about changing your life for the better on a long term realistic basis, opposed to short term BS fixes….

….You need to create & adopt a lifestyle that suits YOU & it has to be one that YOU can stick to consistently…

Take the ‘zero carb’ approach for example, will you lose weight? Yep (..& maybe some sanity)…does this mean you are never going to eat a carb again?

Take what you can from these methods & adopt it into a realistic pattern… for instance by going lower (not zero) carb you may realise that you don’t need as many carbs as you previously thought & you can make adjustments to suit your needs & demands………

…….If you can’t see yourself following what you are doing right now on a long term basis , either in or out of the gym, then you may need to look at a revising your approach……….

P.S quick tip: consider your carb intake in relation to your physical demands of the day…are you sitting on your arse on the day in question or are you training hard??
